Could you please add an option to hide the filetype and track number?

Thank you, I didn't know.  Now I only wish for a way to disable the track numbers.

Yeah, I'm with you on this one. It has been suggested at least once before though.

Many times. The last time, Ian said he was going to have to think on it, since it would effectively remove the column needed for queue symbols/icons/whatever. Somehow, I'm not so sure everyone who would want to remove the numbers even use the queue, ever, but maybe that's just me.

Personally, I wouldn't mind that trade-off at all.

I also like that tradeoff!

Also, please add option to remove the three dots that appear when text in the GUI is cut off. I know a cut off when I see one so I need no dots  Grin

Or at least change the rule for the "..." to something like this:

if((strlen($cutoffstring)-3) > $threshold) { … }

I'm always annoyed when strings get cut off with three dots when the part that was cut off is less than three characters.
"Come Out Wherever You A..." is one character longer than the full title.

Oh, and by the way, use a "horizontal ellipsis" character (…) for the abbreviation sign, not three periods (...). (See the difference? No? Try marking the dots inside the brackets.)

Agreed, and agreed. However, you can't really base the cutoff thing by mere character count, since, you know, not many use a monospace font in these windows. I'm sure it can be tweaked a bit though. And … sure beats ... .
