I always keep my info window open with the playlist in it. When I'm browsing sites, and I need to access the tab below the player, setting the player in mini mode doesn't alter the info window which still keeps the data below invisible.

It would be great to have an option to auto-hide the info window when going to mini-mode, and when going back to normal mode, the playlist becomes visible again.

You could find a skin with a small playlist in the main window. Or assign a shortcut to the extended playlist and always keep XMPlay in minimode.

Such an option would be problematic in a skin using pos_automini .In this case the use of the extended playlist window and library wouldn't be possible becuase they would autohide as soon the mouse pointer leaves the main skin and the mini mode takes over.

Not a problem. Just make them mutually exclusive.

Can the 'on top' behavior of the info-window and the player separated? i.e. the info-window can be 'on top' or not independent of the player panel setting.

This would be useful in mini-mode: while the player panel stays on top , the info-window will come to front only when the player panel is clicked. When switching back to other applications available on screen , clicking on them will move the info-window to the back , thus - a sort of auto hiding.
