 Do you refer at files required to reder winamp visual plugins? If so just look at forums from winamp.com. I've found some time ago the SDK files there. Good luck!!!

You can use TBASSPlayer, it supports 3 kind of Winamp pluings such as input, DSP and
Visualization plugins.
