How many channels are there in your files?
i've tried it, and it works for me ac3 (raw from dvd) with Valex ac3-decoder (winamp-plugin)standard wave and ogg with xmplay itselfmp4 (with FAAC 1.24.1) with the native plugin or the winamp-plugin (the winamp one works perfectly, the native one seems to remap the channels or forget one, cause i don't hear anything on surround right)wma with xmp-wma, but that one seems not to support more than 2 channels . at least no freezing here
Could you test this one and tell me if you encounter any surround (right) troubles?
I'm not sure if that's the same plugin that Roberto posted in rarewares.org/aac.html on May 25, attributed to MaresWeb... Regardless, it does a much better job grabbing into the WDUQ stream 66.225.205.74:80/listen.pls than does Winamp. With Winamp especially, but, to a degree foobar, I kept getting ICY cannot connect errors, yet XMPlay with this codec plays the stream immediately. And it also plays the files I've encoded using an AAC+ enhanced encoder that bsiegel made available for use with dbPoweramp.A very satisfied user!
That's a totally different format.
