me i play audio with bass and video with libvlc   this is the result https://wz3.newradio.it:8080/public/9052

i keep the video in sync with audio with imperceptible video rate changes but if you want you can use a callback from libvlc that will give you raw audio samples to push to a bass push stream

alternatively you can use libmpv if it's more easy for you
