iZotope Ozone 11 EQ plugin

Good day.

Please forgive if this question from a layperson appears too naive, but since iZotope is giving away its Ozone 11 EQ plugin, I was wondering if one of you could let me know if this plugin can be made to work with xmplay when playing music. Thank you for your attention.

Reading from their website, that plugin is for AAX, AU, and VST hosts/DAW- as far I know XMPlay doesn't support any of those.

There have been a VST2 wrapper for winamp DSP lying around for a while: https://winampheritage.com/plugin/vst-winamp-bridge/146317

If iZotope provide VST2 version of their EQ plugin, you can use xmplay's dsp plugin wrapper to load that plugin, and then use it to load desired VST.

You are advised to backup your xmplay settings first, though, as plugin seems to crash on some plugins, causing restart crash loop until settings file is fixed later.
