MO3 Plugin for Audacity

I want to Know if there can edit MO3 Files i have MO3 Files 2:21 or 2:17 Length always if i Export it i need 2:20 Sound
Is there any Plugin for Audacity or Plugin for any Sound Editor that can import Mo3 and edit it and Export it as Mo3 again

No, there isn't. Audacity is an audio editor and MO3 is a compressed, sequenced music format. You need to edit the original module file in a tracker before compressing to MO3.
