As far as I understand in these files there is mp3 minus, text of song and base-line pictures.
Not prompt me where is it possible to find the detailed structure of these files or can the prepared libraries for work with them?
I want to write the program for reading and creation of Cd+g of files..

Check Wikipedia.
Quote from: wikipedia
A CD+G (also known as CD+Graphics) is a special audio compact disc that contains graphics data in addition to the audio data on the disc. ... these graphics are almost exclusively used to display lyrics on a television set for karaoke performers to sing along with.
It has a link to the structure description as well, at the bottom of the page.
