I've forgot to mention: syncs(position,end etc) can be implemented normally, like to a normal stream.

Nice work !

But i have 2 questions:
1) Is it possible to process the video stream data before it is sent to the output device (e.g. decrypt a crypted mpg) ?
2) is there a event or something like this which tells the application that video is finished ?

Currently not.

You can use a sync(set it like a regular BASS stream)

how to set video window display ratio ?
it would be nice to add a Fucntion and a Flag

First note: the video start playing just after the stream creation ... it don't wait for BASS_ChannelPlay

I've tried downloading this twice and when I try to extract the files, Windows reports the zip file as empty.

I use WinRar 3.90. Download it yourself and try to extract. Try to upload to other host..
