Hi,

I wonder if
Is it possible to merge (concatenate) several midifiles into one to create one ?

Example, take 1.mid, 2.mid and 3.mid and make a medley of them
which concatenate 1.mid, 2.mid and 3.mid into a new 4.mid midifile ....

Thanks a bunch !

It is technically possible, but I'm afraid BASS won't do it for you, if that is what you were asking :)

It would be fairly straightforward if all of the MIDI files have the same "ticks per quarter note" value, but otherwise some fiddling with the event timing/tempo would be required to get them all playing at the correct speed when joined together. I have never looked for this feature myself, so I'm not sure, but I guess there will be some software (eg. MIDI editors) that can do it.
