Very Small Task - Seekbar in VB

Ok I only started out with this thing today so bare with me - I've got everything to work so far in my project only one thing and then I'm completely finished...

I'm coding in VB - not the best langauge I know - but I need to do this extremly quickly (many reasons).

OK I need to make a seekbar for a player that I'm coding and I don't know were to begin - I've messed around with some code a bit but I really don't know what I'm doing - can someone please help me to just write a stupid function that allows me to seek through a track.

Hopefully as I seek throught the music track it'll have all the correct things in sync like the time and the visualisation... anyone please help - greatly needed as I need to get this section done so that I can continue with the next problem..

If no ones replied by tommorow ill give u the bare code to do what i think u want- are u talking bout seeking stream channels - like mp3s?

and...

visulization = scroll bar moving?

no no its just a simple scroll bar that changes the state of the song thats all... and an extra thing on the EQ, but I've got the IQ of a brick and I don't know what the hell I'm doing so thanks anyway...

Ok I figured it out - more so I found someone who posted some source here:

And I fiddled around with his code so that it could work on my program.

The guy who made that program, Dario. L. Mindoro - absolute rebel! Genius! Thanks a lot! The program he created is very good! If your looking for a good application for free then do yourself a favour and download it - it comes with the source!
