Can xmplay load winamp eq settings from eqf file?
Or can I change registry equilizer settings so one
of them matches 'laptop speakers/heaphones' settings
from winamp eqilizer.

how to make same as loudspeaker winamp settings?

Uh.. Just look at that setting in Winamp, and set it to be the same (if you leave the cursor on top of an equalizer bar, you'll see the exact loudness in db). Of course XMPlay has a couple of eq bars less, but that shouldn't be a problem.
