Test: Find decent settings for playback

In Test your soundcard for clipping thread on Hydrogenaudio there's a sample provided that can be used for testing

- the settings of your audio player (DSPs, Volume, Resampling if available)
- Windows' Settings (Volume, Advanced audio settings)
- Some aspects of your soundcard's quality

If you set up your system in a way that you only hear the telephone dialing sounds and nothing weird additionally you can be sure that there won't be any clipping / aliassing on playback of your music. Very useful IMO.
