Some .flv files can crash xmplay or library scan.

I added flv in ignore type (xmplay.ini)

It looks fine now.

It looks like this lonely file was crashing my library and next xmplay was crashing also after I tested "send to" command ( to xmplay )

Update: The culprit was XMPlay MOD-packer plugin (rev.3)
