I know that not al VST plugin will work on some PC's. That is not a problem but when choose some not working and calling BASS_VST_ChannelSetDSP the application is frozen and only reset will help.   
Is there a solution to solve this? Maybe kind of check VST DLL if suitable for my PC?
Or update BASS_VST_ChannelSetDSP that will check internal?

Hard to check at the moment because with computer A it goes well and with computer B it goes wrong. No access to computer B because it is not mine.

UpStereo Pro.dll is Frozen but yesterday works fine.

MAutoEqualizer.dll is results error screen from within this DLL.

What can I do?

Your 2nd error (missing MCVCP120.dll) is definitely caused by missing or corrupt MS Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013. You should install/reinstall the run-time components:
