I seem to remember having this a while back, i opened it up on my win 2000 machine and it worked first time
got 50% compression outta some turrican MOD, closed MO3 encoder.
After that, when i try to open it, it registers on the taskbar but no GUI loads, and i cant do anything except right click it on the taskbar and select close.
i tried restarting, im wondering if somethings gone bad in the registry or something?
