Topic: Sending BASS_SAMPLEs to a decode stream, mixer, ASIO etc

Hi. Sorry if this is a stupid question but I would like to use the BASS_SAMPLE features and pass the output through a BASS mixer and then out to ASIO. I don't seem to be able to see how to do it!! It looks like you can only creat a playable channel from the sample. Is that so or have I missed something;

It isn't currently possible to plug samples into mixers but there is a sample/stream hybrid option coming in the next BASS release. An update with it is available here in the meantime:

The BASS_SampleGetChannel "onlynew" parameter has been changed to "flags", which can be set to BASS_SAMCHAN_STREAM to request a stream (HSTREAM) instead of a sample channel (HCHANNEL). You would also include the BASS_STREAM_DECODE flag there to allow the new stream to be plugged into a mixer.
