Is there a way for XMPlay to stop creating xmplay.library file? If not, it can be added via a secret INI settings perhaps.

There isn't currently the option to disable the library writing, but one way you could achieve that is to create an empty XMPLAY.LIBRARY file and then write-protect it. Note the library file also contains info on the playlist entries, so you shouldn't disable it if you want to retain that info.
