IT fails to play

I've got an .IT file that's failing to play with BASS.. haven't had a chance to check the error code yet, but it causes the previous version of XMPlay to crash as well.  It seems to play ok in the latest version of XMPlay though.

I've uploaded it, the filename is INSPIRED.IT.

It's fine with the latest BASS.DLL, so whatever the problem was has already been fixed

I'm planning to release 1.8a shortly, but if you like, I can send it to try now.

Just tried this with 1.8a and I think I was mistaken previously.. it's not the original file that won't play, but the version written by my application, with uncompressed samples.

And it still won't play in 1.8a.  The error given by BASSTEST is Can't load music (error code -1)

I haven't been able to try with Impulse Tracker yet, but it loads and plays in Modplug Tracker and Mikmod.  The filename is INSPIRED-edit.it

Seems that it plays in XMPlay too, but not in BASSTEST or my own app with 1.8a.

The problem is that sample 10 seems to be corrupt - if you load the file into MPT, the sample looks like it's been chopped at about the 5800 sample point. When there's an IT sample decompression error, BASS fails the loading of the file... but I've made it just continue loading now, and the updated DLL is in the 1.8a ZIP file
