The BASS_MIXER_BUFFER flag is the same as the BASS_MIXER_CHAN_BUFFER flag. It was renamed in the BASSmix 2.4.10 release, along with the other mixer source flags, to avoid confusion about which flags apply to mixers and which to sources. The old flags still work though (they have the same values) and BASS.Net is currently still using them.
