I am thinking of having a go at building a digital mixer using bass. So I am looking for a simple 8- or 16 channel input card (usb or pci). What I don't want is all those fancy usb adapters with a lot of physical controls. This is not user-friendly/ foolproof. I would like to here some experiences from others that used bass for this, and what cards they used. Inputs will be mainly line, and one or two mics.
Any thoughts?
