The bassloud24-linux.zip file seems to be missing a "bassloud.h" header file, which should be in the root directory per the bassloud.txt documentation. "bassloud.h" seems to be present in the Win32 bassloud24.zip (and presumably on the other platforms too), but not for Linux.

Oops! The missing bassloud.h has now been added to the bassloud24-linux.zip package. Thanks for reporting the problem.
