Streaming URL takes ~1 minute to load

Hello,

One of my users is reporting that this URL takes a very long time to load (around a minute):

https://stream.rcs.revma.com/melodia992

I've tried it in the netradio example and it takes just as long there as well.

It plays quickly in other players.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?
