The current BASS_FX release is using SoundTouch 2.1.3, but there is an updated build that uses the latest SoundTouch version available here:

   www.un4seen.com/stuff/bass_fx.zip

Would it be possible to provide bass_fx.dll compatible with Windows ARM (not UWP) ? For now we have access only to x86 and x64 libraries.
