New Website Design

Ian, I dont know how you do it, but the website design, bass and XMPlay have been the best stuff i've seen in a long time...you just keep coming up with good stuff, dont you?

I agree that I like the website, 'cept for post the comment, for some reason, has a horizontal scroller as the frames don't fit into 800x600 resolution.

And I'm quite surprised that this topic was started in BASS and not in XMPlay forum.  Usually XMPlay is the social one...  Or is there a barrier between the people who post here and people who post there?

The site redesign was done by HAAF, so I can't really take too much credit for it... but ta anyway

Wow, it's certainly different...  This is the second time now I've been surprised with a design change.  Last time it was just the red menu, though - this is a complete upgrade.

Does this mean the old logo is outdated now?


Also, the Welcome page seems a bit empty now - a lot of white space.

Ahh, I was going to post about this in the XMPlay forum, glad I looked here. Really, this site redesign rocks major ass. As that other guy pointed out, the only issue is the inputbox when you make a reply (probably something you can config on the forum admin thing).

Otherwise, awesome stuff.

Yep. Un4seen.com contains only quality stiff allright. BASS rules completely and the new design is awsome.  :evil: Really amazing.

Yep, you're right... so I've added a litle 1 or 2 line description for each news item, to fill the space.

Regarding the logo, there's always been the 2 link buttons - 1 with "developments" below, and 1 with it above. The old site design had the "below" logo, this new design has the "above" one... guess it'll be the turn of the "below" one again next time

Congratulations! The new site design is really good. The main page does look a bit empty/incomplete with the white background. Maybe you can try some shades of grey/silver as backround colours?
