Removing playlist song number...
« on: 29 Apr '05 - 23:54 »
Is there a way to remove the playlist song numbers or whatever it is called:

001 Song 1
002 Song 2
003 Song 3
.
.
.

The number in bold is what I want to remove.  This information isn't particularly useful to me.

No, not yet. Ian (the developer) is aware that several people have requested this though. So let's cross our fingers, shall we?

Well... I mean... I'll cross mine and you can cross yours...

I'm new to XMPlay as of today.  I would like to echo this request, the song numbers listed before each track are <sorry> pretty annoying.  You could possibly allow users to include (or not) this information as part of the playlist title formatting.

Thanks,

That sounds pretty good and reasonable. Count me in for this. :)

That's not a resolution to the issue.  My intention was to echo previous requests made for this same feature update, which is how feature upgrades usually happen ~ the more people express interest, the more likely it is to make it into the next release.

No, I know it's not a solution. I just posted that URL to show that there are more people wishing for this. And I thought that it maybe would have some reading value for you guys.
